Meditation Journeying
Our blissful invitation to an inner retreat from outside distractions. We begin with a short calming sequence to release physical tensions (specifically through neck & head) followed by a deep relaxation breathing practice and fully guided meditation. Expect nothing & embrace everything as you drift imwardly away from the noise of the world. Bringing focus & stillness to mind & body while encouraging a deeper sense of Self to journey freely within.

Restorative Yoga
Enjoy our slow paced, held physical stretches, systematically working to harmonise the body, mind & energy system. Gently releasing tensions through specific postures, enabling greater physical mobility & energetic/ somatic release. We utilise slow breath work and guided visualisations to induce a sense of deep calm, clarity and positivity.
Suitable for all abilities/ injuries.

Gentle Yoga
Target deep connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, joints, & bones in a slow & meditative state, giving space to turn inward, stretch & lengthen rarely-used tissues. Exploring breathing through discomfort & learning to sit with thought into tranquility.

We practice Standing, Seated, Balance, & Laying postures with 5 count static holds and strong emphasis on using breath to find space physically & mentally. This is a perfect all round class for all levels & a natural progression from Beginner’s.

Hatha Yoga Lv2
Creating balance & unity in body & mind through our Hatha Practice with options for slightly more stretch, strength & space in our Lv 2 practice. We continue to explore Standing, Seated, Balance, & Laying postures with 5 count static holds and strong emphasis on using breath to find space physically & mentally. This is a perfect all round class for anyone wanting to find more space in body & mind.

Hatha Vinyasa Yoga
Our long standing, ever favourite, mid tempo practice utilises all facets of traditional Hatha Yoga with Vinyasa flows, carrying an introspective undertone throughout. Move through Vinyasa, linking movement & breath. Strengthen & Lengthen through Hatha holds. Focus on breath, bandhas, creating space & observing personal introspection, while seamlessly cleansing the subtle body energy system. Our combination practice culminates in a blissful guided meditation.

Dynamic Yoga
Flow & glow through Vinyasas in this practice linking movement & breath while creating heat & energy. Explore space & fluidity with our warming, opening practice inspired by classic Sun Salutations, Mandala Vinyasa & exploring parts of Rocket Yoga. Focus on breath, movement, creating space & mobility with personal introspection. We find inner stillness within this mid - strong tempo moving meditation. Advanced options & modifications offered throughout. This is a great transitional stepping stone from Hatha Vinyasa towards more advanced, strengthening postures.
